MH Polyester Embroidery Thread - 108D/2, 120D/2, 150D/2

Polyester embroidery thread is made of polyester filament yarns, which are a kind of hydrophobic fiber (the average moisture regain rate is only 0.4%). Therefore, the quality is relatively stable and not susceptible to weather. The thread is dyed with disperse dyes at a temperature of 125-135°C, resulting in superior luster, durability, and smooth operation at the highest speeds.

Product Feature

Excellent color fastness: Polyester fiber has excellent color fastness and is not easily prone to fading. It is suitable for high-temperature ironing and multiple washings.
Good corrosion resistance: Polyester fiber exhibits better resistance to various chemical damage and degradation compared to viscose, making it less susceptible to mildew.
High strength: It is particularly well-suited for high-speed embroidery on multi-head sewing machines, reducing the likelihood of thread breakage.

Good color fastness of the thread makes it resistant to the various chemical and physical agents the thread is exposed to during manufacturing and during its useful life. This ensures no bleeding of the color into the garment.
